Guarantee
Two Google review removal guarantees. Both in writing.
We charge for outcomes, not effort. Flagging a review costs nothing and takes no card. You’re billed only after Google actually removes the review. Read the exact terms below.
Guarantee #1 — No charge unless Google removes it
Flagging a review files the case. It takes no card and costs nothing. We build the evidence packet, file through Google’s official content-policy channel, and wait for the decision. You are billed only after Google confirms the review is gone. If Google declines, you are never billed — no invoice, no “partial credit”, no retainer applied, no fine print.
Guarantee #2 — Removal stickiness
If a removed review reappears (rare — Google sometimes rolls back automated decisions during platform updates), we refile at no extra cost. One flat fee covers the case, not just the first attempt.
What we don’t guarantee
Transparency matters more than spin. Here’s what we won’t promise:
- We don’t guarantee Google will rule in your favour. The decision belongs to Google’s trust team.
- We don’t guarantee a specific turnaround within X days. Median is 9 days; range observed is 4–21.
- We don’t guarantee a rating change of Y stars. That depends on how many other reviews you collect during the case.
- We do guarantee you are never billed for a case Google declines. The only invoice you ever see is for a review that is actually gone.
