Contact RepuShield about a Google review removal

What to include when you write in

The faster we can tell whether a review breaks Google’s content policy, the faster you get a straight answer. Three things do most of that work: a link to your Google Business Profile, the reviewer’s name as it appears on the review, and whether you can find them in your booking system, invoices or POS. If there is no record of that person, say so — that single fact is the backbone of most successful filings.

What we will tell you no about

A harsh review from someone who really was a customer is not a policy violation, and no honest service can get it taken down. If that is what you have, we will say so rather than take the case. The reply-and-collect route is the one that actually moves the rating in that situation.
