Reviews Google took down after we filed.

Google refused 2 of these first. They came off anyway, one and three days later. Each one checked again on the live listing.

  • Not a description of a visitLocal restaurant

    1 review removed

A two-star review from four months earlier described a dish the kitchen does not serve. We filed it with Google and it came off the listing.

    2. Gone from the live listing · 17 Sep 2026

      The reported review was removed

    How it was confirmed

A fresh read of the live listing on the day, and absent again on an independent pull two days later.

The filing channel was not written down at the time, so this case can show the dates and the outcome but not the route it took.

  • Fake engagementLocal restaurant

    1 of 2 reviews removed

Two one-star reviews posted minutes apart made the same points in the same order. We appealed both under Google's fake engagement policy, and Google took one down and left the other up.

Gone from the live listing on the day, and absent again on a fresh pull thirteen days later that still showed the other review of the pair.

Six low ratings landed in about a day and a half on a listing that had gone months without one. We filed them together as a single case under Google's fake engagement policy.

5 of 6 reported reviews removed

    How it was confirmed

Checked on the live listing, and Google's own report status page stopped listing them.

The owner had also reported these reviews from the listing. Google escalated the sixth, and it is not counted here.

  • HarassmentLocal retail store

    1 review removed

The review attacked the owner by name. We filed on that one review and left the rest of the listing alone, because those came from real customers.

02 WHAT ACTUALLY QUALIFIES

You see which reviews have a case before you pay.

The audit splits your listing into the reviews with a clause behind them and the ones without, so you know where your money goes before you spend it.

STRONGEST CASES

Breaks a published clause

We can name the rule, quote the words that break it, and show what proves it.

  • The writer says they were never a customer
  • One person posting from several accounts
  • A competitor, or someone who worked for you
  • An advert, a discount code or a link elsewhere
  • A named employee attacked, or a slur
  • A review left on the wrong business
HARDER CASES

No clause in the words

We can still report these, and Google decides. They take more work, so they sit higher in the price range.

  • A complaint about price, the wait or the tone
  • One star with no words
  • A review you find unfair that names no rule
  • Something already reported and refused once

See what can come down before you pay anything.

  • Free audit, no card
  • $150 to $250 per review
  • Charged only after Google removes it

GOOGLE’S PUBLISHED POLICY

Nine clauses. Every one written by Google.

These are the only rules a review can be filed under. There is no private list, and we name the one we are using on every case.

01 OF 09

01 · FAKE ENGAGEMENT

The reviewer tells you they were never a customer.

When the reviewer says in their own words that they were never a customer, the review itself is the evidence. No records needed from you.

03 HOW IT WORKS

You are only in two of these.

Nothing is filed without your say-so on that review, and nothing goes to Google without a person reading it first.

  • 01YOUR MOVE

    The free audit

We pull your lowest-rated reviews, up to fifty of them, and read each one against Google's published clauses.

    • No card, no account
    • You keep the written sheet
    • A reply draft for the rest
  • 02YOUR MOVE

    You authorise the case

You see the exact filing before it goes. Nothing leaves without your say-so on that specific review.

    • One review at a time
    • Manager access, never Owner
    • You can take the access back whenever
  • 03OUR MOVE

    We file it

A person reads the review, the clause and the evidence together, then submits it in Google's own channel.

    • The clause quoted
    • Your evidence set out
    • The reference recorded
  • 04OUR MOVE

    We confirm and bill

We check the live listing rather than a notification, then write the invoice. Only then.

    • Checked on the profile itself
    • One line per removal
    • Nothing owed if it stays

07 FREE TOOLS

Start with one review, then let the free audit read the rest.

Paste a review into the checker and it names which of Google’s published clauses its wording touches. No account and nothing to pay. The free audit then reads every review on your listing, including what the words alone cannot show.

08 QUESTIONS

Answered in full, not in a pill.

  • How much does it cost?

The audit is free. A removal is $150 to $250 per review, set by how hard that case is, and it is charged only after Google takes the review down.

  • How long does Google take?

According to Google's help page on reporting reviews, "Review evaluation typically takes several days" (support.google.com/business/answer/4596773). Google commits to no date beyond that, and we have not measured one, so we do not promise one. You hear from us when the decision lands.

  • Do you need my Google password?

Never. You add us as a Manager on your Business Profile, which is a switch inside Google that you turn on and can take back at any moment. Manager, never Owner, and we never post as you.

  • How many of my reviews will qualify?

Nobody can give you a number before reading them. The audit is free precisely so you see the clause and the price for each flagged review before you spend anything.

  • Can you get me more good reviews instead?

No, and we would not take that work. Manufacturing reviews breaks the same policies we file under, and it would leave your listing in worse shape than the review you wanted gone.

  • What do you need from me to start?

The link to your Google Business Profile. The audit runs on what is already public, and the sheet comes back in a couple of minutes.
