2. Description of Service

RepuShield files removal requests on Google reviews that break Google's published content policy. The service is:

• Automated detection of policy-violating Google reviews on your listing
• Audit reports scoring each review against Google's published policy
• Review removal request preparation and filing through Google's policy channel
• Owner-reply drafts for reviews that are not removable
• A client portal for tracking the status of each filing

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

4. Service Limitations & Disclaimers

Review removal is not guaranteed. RepuShield identifies reviews that likely violate Google's policies and assists in filing removal requests. However, Google makes the final decision on whether to remove a review. We cannot guarantee any specific removal outcome.

Our review analysis uses automated detection algorithms. While designed to be accurate, false positives and false negatives may occur. Confidence-level classifications represent our internal estimate of removal likelihood, not a guarantee.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service to remove legitimate, honest customer reviews
• Submit false or misleading information in dispute requests
• Use the Service to harass, intimidate, or retaliate against reviewers
• Attempt to manipulate or game Google's review systems
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or misuse the Service
• Use the email system to send spam or unsolicited bulk communications
• Share your account credentials with unauthorized parties
• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law

6. Pricing & Payments

RepuShield charges a flat fee for each successful Google review removal. You are billed only when Google approves the removal. There is no monthly subscription, no recurring fee, and no trial. We never take or store your card details — any payment happens on our payment provider's own checkout, where they act as Merchant of Record. The Reputation Refresh add-on is a one-time service. You may terminate the relationship at any time by contacting support; any in-flight removal cases will be completed or cancelled at your discretion.

7. Agencies Acting for a Client

If you engage RepuShield on behalf of a business you do not own, you confirm you are authorised by that business to request review removals for its Google Business Profile. You remain responsible for your relationship with that business, and RepuShield is not liable for disputes between you and your own clients.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, algorithms, branding, and content, is owned by RepuShield. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission. Audit reports generated for your business are licensed to you for your business use only.

9. Limitation of Liability

RepuShield is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting support. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Data retention follows our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or prominent notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
