Why this pricing exists
Most reputation tools charge a subscription. We don’t.
Subscription pricing forces you to pay every month whether or not there’s anything to do. Reputation work is bursty — you might need three removals one week and nothing for the next two months. So we made monitoring free and put a price on each action. You only pay when something actually gets done for you.

What's actually free?+

What if I just want monitoring and nothing else?+
Then you pay nothing. Ever. We make money only when you choose to take a paid action. Most customers monitor for weeks before they ever pay — and that's fine.
What counts as a removable review?+
Reviews that violate Google's published content policy. Fake / off-topic / conflict-of-interest / harassment / restricted-content. About 3 in 10 negative reviews qualify; the rest aren't removable through any honest service.
What if Google rejects a removal?+
You pay nothing. Flagging a review costs $0 and takes no card — the fee is billed only after Google confirms the review is gone. If Google declines, we refile once when we find new evidence, and if that fails too the case closes unbilled.
Do you have a monthly subscription?+
No. Pay per action. Monitoring is free, actions are à la carte. No retainer, no setup fee, no auto-renew.
Can you remove a real customer complaint?+
