Remove a bad Google review from your business listing

We check the review against Google's own rules and show you where it stands, before you decide anything.

Your reviews are read back to you on the next page, with the rule next to each one. Nothing is sent and nothing is charged.

No fee up front. You pay only if the review comes off, from $150 per review.

“Phoned up about a treatment they do not even offer.”

01 What actually qualifies

You see which of your reviews have a case before you pay anything.

We read every review on the listing and split it into the ones with a published clause behind them and the ones without, so you know which are straightforward and which will take more work before you spend anything.

Strongest cases

Breaks a published clause

We can name the rule, quote the words in the review that break it, and show what proves it.

  • The writer says they were never a customer
  • A complaint about a service you do not offer
  • A review left on the wrong business or the wrong branch
  • A competitor, or someone who used to work for you
Harder cases

No clause in the words

We can still report these, and Google decides. They take more work, so they sit higher in the price range.

  • A complaint about price, the wait or the tone
  • One star with no words
  • A review you find unfair that names no rule
  • Something already reported and refused once

A person reads the listing, names the clause where there is one, writes the filing, and tells you either way, including when the answer is no.

02 What it costs

Priced per review, on a five step ladder.

No fee up front. You pay only if the review is removed, and we agree the step before we start.

$150

a clause in the words

Step 02

$175

a clause, more to prove

Step 03

$200

evidence from your records

Step 04

$225

the reviewer, not the words

Step 05

$250

the hardest case we take

Each review is priced on its own case, on a five step ladder from $150 to $250.

No retainer, no monthly fee, nothing to cancel.

One line per review, billed in US dollars, and nothing owed if it stays where it is.

03 Questions

Answered in full, not in a pill.

  • Can you promise the review will be removed?

No. Google decides every removal, and anyone who promises otherwise is guessing with your money. What we can do is read the review against Google's published rules, tell you honestly whether there is a case, and build the strongest one there is.

  • What if none of my reviews break a rule?

Then we tell you that and you pay nothing. Most negative reviews break no rule at all. They are harsh, unfair, sometimes wrong about what happened, and still entirely within policy.

  • Do you need my Google password?

No, and you should not give it to anyone. We work as a manager on your Business Profile, which you add in two taps and remove the same way. It reaches that one profile and nothing else.

  • How long does it take?

That is Google's clock rather than ours and it varies with the case. We will not give you a date we cannot keep. You hear from us when there is news, in either direction.

Send us the one you are worried about

You have just seen which of your reviews may break a rule. The next question is always the same one: is mine actually worth doing anything about?

Email us the review and we will tell you straight, including when the answer is that there is no case here and you should keep your money.

A person reads it and a person writes back. No form, no call, no sequence of five emails afterwards.

Two things we put in writing

  • A person reads it and a person writes back

No form, no call, no sequence of five emails afterwards.

  • No invoice unless it is gone

We check the live listing, not a notification, before a bill is written.
